Achievements

|
CIP has achieved a great deal in its short history and here we have listed just some of it's key achievements.
So far CIP has made over 4.5 million of direct savings in tax and NNDR and a further 5m in grant savings for London Borough of Hounslow because of its legal structure and management expertise.
CIP has also secured, in many cases with partners, over 110 different funding streams to support specific projects and fund service developments totalling over 6 million.
Through investment and development projects with many different partners CIP has built and refurbished over 36 major facilities such as:

Investing in 5 new, state of the art gyms, incorporating the full range of cardiovascular, resistance and free weights equipment. |

Securing Arts Council funding and developing Redlees Studios for 40 artists with IT suite and gallery space. In parallel, achieved Sport England funding to construct a new pavilion and expand arts studios. |

|
Lottery funded development at Gunnersbury Park, including Princess Amelia's Bathhouse and the Italian Garden. |
